(b) Payment information — processed by the Platform’s payment provider; AIVue does not store your full card details. (c) Usage data — courses viewed, lessons completed, progress, and certificates earned. (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.
We use your data to: provide and personalize your learning experience, process payments and manage subscriptions, issue and verify certificates, send important account and billing notifications, improve our courses and platform features, and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
Payments are processed by the payment provider used by the Platform. Card details are handled by that provider; Evergreen Digital Group Inc does not store your full card number. Payment records such as transaction identifiers, plan, and status may be stored for subscription management, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. Your account is protected by your password — keep it secure. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We use third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting, authentication, and analytics. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and applicable contractual obligations.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and associated data, export your progress and certificate records, and opt out of marketing emails (you will still receive essential account notifications).
We retain your account data while your subscription is active. After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
AIVue.Me is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
