By accessing or using AIVue.Me (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. AIVue.Me is owned and operated by Evergreen Digital Group Inc.
All content on AIVue.Me — including courses, lessons, audio narration, prompts, AI tool templates, certificates, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Evergreen Digital Group Inc and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The "AIVue.Me" name and logo are trademarks of Evergreen Digital Group Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view content for your own learning. You may not copy, download, redistribute, resell, scrape, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any content. Sharing account credentials or downloading course materials for redistribution is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or automate data collection from the Platform; (b) redistribute or resell any courses, prompts, or tools; (c) share your account with others; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (e) use the Platform to train competing AI models or datasets; (f) circumvent paywalls or access controls; (g) infringe on the AIVue.Me trademark or brand identity.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Evergreen Digital Group Inc is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it updated.
Paid subscriptions (AIVue.Me Pro, AIVue.Me Elite) and one-time purchases (AI Asset Accelerator Pack) are processed through the payment provider used by the Platform. Subscription plans automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual interval unless canceled. You may request cancellation at any time through AIVue support; under the current policy, access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle and the cancellation prevents the next renewal. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law. Contact AIVue support for billing assistance.
Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing all lessons in a course. Certificates are verifiable through our public verification portal. Falsifying, altering, or misrepresenting a certificate is prohibited and may result in account termination.
AIVue.Me and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Evergreen Digital Group Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform to the extent permitted by law. Educational content, testimonials, examples, career applications, and business use cases do not guarantee employment, income, business results, or any particular outcome.
Evergreen Digital Group Inc may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
